Tarot Card for the Week of Aug. 6th – Aug. 12th.

This will be my very first blog post AND the start of my weekly Tarot Card to help you know what energy you can expect to be working with this week. It will help you to work with, or around this energy so that you can optimize or lessen the effects of this energy.

THE LOVERS reversed: In THE LOVERS reversed, you may find that you are faced with disruptions, quarreling, tensions building within relationships this week. You may feel like you are being tested by your partner and you may even be tempted to stray and have an outside affair… if only in your thoughts. You are being put on notice that the choices you are considering making this week, may not be in your best interest and you may regret them later. It may be better to put the interest of your partner first this week and hold off on any major decisions till a later time. Do what you can to not let temptations get the best of you.

If it seems like the Universe is testing you by throwing temptations in your path this week, whether concerning relationships or in making hard choices or in taking a literal test of some sort, realize that IT IS! If you give in to temptation, anger or taking the easy or most attractive way out, you will later find it was the wrong way or that you will fail the test. THE LOVERS reversed is asking you to take the high road, even if it’s the harder road. THE LOVERS card is all about making choices and passing tests, so let’s put our best faces forward and do the RIGHT thing… even if it’s not the easiest thing.
