Ace of Wands
This week’s card is the Ace of Wands. If you feel like you are having a flash back or ‘DeJaVu’ experience, You are!!!! We saw the Ace of Wands come up a coupe of weeks ago telling us it’s time to get back to work after suffering a Turkey induced food coma at Thanksgiving! After seeing or feeling the Ace of Wands as a reminder that ‘fun time was over’, we all threw our backs into getting busy again in a big way. Running around like crazy, getting everything done for the Holidays and nearly breaking ourselves in the process. The pace, the stress, the bone weary fatigue and frenzy that went along with all the preparations just plain tuckered us out! Then it was all done. The wrapping paper gone, dishes done, guests back to their own houses. Finally last week, we earned ourselves a break in order to relax, regroup and nurture our stressed out beings. This week we see the Ace of Wands is back! You’re probably thinking arrrrgggghhhhh… noooooo!!! I just recharged and I’m supposed to do it all over again?!!! No, relax! This week’s Ace of Wands deck shows this card in it’s more serene state. Yes, it is telling you that the Holiday rest break is over and it’s time to go back to work, get the kids off to school and get back into the normal swing of things again, but it’s also indicating that now, after a break, you have the energy (shown by the Wand held high into the Sun), the optimism and enthusiasm as well as passion (as shown by that big brightly burning Sun), and the stamina (symbolized by the big buck Elk that made it clear to the top of that tall steep cliff) to handle it. It suggests that with renewed energy and Spirit, you will have all you need to actually want to get back to your normal life and projects. A good attitude, energy, excitement, passion and the drive to get up and get going again. With this upbeat attitude and recharged body, mind and Spirit, you will soon be taking your first new steps and seeing new growth for the brand New Year, 2019!!!
